2. Entertainment Purpose Only

Burnlink.lol is designed strictly as a satirical, AI-powered entertainment and humor utility. Roasts generated by our AI models reflect automated observational comedy and parody. They do not represent factual claims, defamatory statements, or real-world assertions made by Burnlink.lol or its creators.

3. Acceptable Use & The Roast Code

We believe in good receipts and funny comebacks. You explicitly agree NOT to use Burnlink.lol to:

• Upload screenshots containing personally identifiable financial data, government IDs, physical addresses, or passwords.
• Upload images involving non-consensual sexual content, minors, self-harm, hate speech, or targeted threats of violence.
• Harass, stalk, or inflict malicious unlawful distress upon any individual.
• Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, DDoS, or overwhelm the underlying API infrastructure.

4. Age Requirements (Nuclear Mode)

The Service is intended for individuals aged 13 and older. The "Nuclear Damage" roast mode contains unrestricted adult sarcasm and requires manual user confirmation that you are 18 years of age or older before generating.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. Burnlink.lol disclaims liability for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from user-shared links or comedic outputs.
